As this is our first home buying experience, I would love to say that at no point did we ever feel rushed or pressured by any of the team! They were always beyond helpful and always ready to help. Both Elizabeth and Corey have made sure there’s clear scheduling and very patient with us!

My request was handled by Nikki from Beazer and I had such a great experience with her! Nicki is so wonderful, she stayed on top of all repairs and was checking whether I needed anything else.

Nicole W. took the initiative to reach out to me yesterday to say we were nearing the end of the warranty and ask if I had any touch-ups. The fact that she took the initiative really made a difference to me. We moved from another state to Texas. The gentleman I dealt with, I contacted through YouTube, and I am going to call him and tell him the outstanding service that I have had with Beazer from Brian all the way through to Nicole. That quality of service is so unusual.
