From start to signing of the purchasing agreement, this experience was hands down the most exciting process I’ve experienced with making such a big decision such as home buying. Corbin P - Senior Construction Manager provided a blueprint of my home, he was very thorough. I enjoyed understanding every detail and what to expect next steps. Corbin explained each step of the construction process and approximately how long each phase would take. I had several questions, I was very pleased with his patience and the time he took to ensure all of my concerns were address. Corbin showed top level professionalism and knowledge; I feel very confident my new Beazer home will be built with perfection and quality.

I have been very pleased with my interactions with Corbin and Marcia throughout the construction processes. Both have been responsive to my questions and concerns. Corbin and Marcia have also been very helpful and accomodating, especially given that I'm managing this process from out of state. As we enter the final months of the construction process, it is very important to me to stay informed about the timeline - particularly the closing date - as I need to coordinate a move from another state and manage the logistics of selling my current home.
