From start to signing of the purchasing agreement, this experience was hands down the most exciting process I’ve experienced with making such a big decision such as home buying. The sales expert Marcia H made the experience both personable and easy. She literally “held my hand” through this process, something I absolutely needed. She was professional, authentic l, transparent and most of went above and beyond to make certain I had everything i needed to make informed decisions. I am in awe of the service that she provided and continues to provide with questions I may have as we continue on this road to closing day. I would like to recognize Matt, Josh, and Ashley for their truly exceptional service. Matt, who took over the build of my first home, demonstrated remarkable dedication and professionalism. Josh, my construction manager for the second home, was outstanding in every regard, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering an amazing product. Ashley, our customer care representative, was consistently informative, friendly, and a true asset to the team. Their collective efforts significantly contributed to a positive and ultimately satisfying homebuilding experience.

I am completing this survey primarily out of gratitude for, and to provide beneficial feedback concerning, the outstanding performance of the construction managers. Their exceptional service and dedication were the defining positive aspects of my Beazer Homes experience; otherwise, I would not have completed this survey.

Corbin P - Senior Construction Manager provided a blueprint of my home, he was very thorough. I enjoyed understanding every detail and what to expect next steps. Corbin explained each step of the construction process and approximately how long each phase would take. I had several questions, I was very pleased with his patience and the time he took to ensure all of my concerns were address. Corbin showed top level professionalism and knowledge; I feel very confident my new Beazer home will be built with perfection and quality.

I have been very pleased with my interactions with Corbin and Marcia throughout the construction processes. Both have been responsive to my questions and concerns. Corbin and Marcia have also been very helpful and accomodating, especially given that I'm managing this process from out of state. As we enter the final months of the construction process, it is very important to me to stay informed about the timeline - particularly the closing date - as I need to coordinate a move from another state and manage the logistics of selling my current home.

Shalitha P and Corbin P are great to work with. They both have excellent communication. Shalitha goes above and beyond to help with my requests. She is always upbeat, responds quickly and is helpful.

Ashley has been an phenomenal point of contact for all of our warranty issues since moving into our home in Bridgeland. She is incredibly responsive (more so than we are) and has resolved every problem we've run into with no issue.
