Alexis stayed on top of communication and even followed up if there was a gap in our messages. Even though we didn’t go through with a Beazer home, I still felt valued as an interested customer and did not feel brushed off even though our timeline didn’t align quite the same. I sure wish we could’ve moved forward with her based off customer service alone. Hopefully we can work together in the future if our housing needs change. Beazer homes have a beautiful inventory.
