I would like to recognize John F., the warranty representative. He was always very professional. He went above and beyond on a lot of our work request. Everything was done in timely manner. He made sure to handle all of our issues, even after the one-year expired. Obviously, he couldn't get the work done immediately, but he still checked with us regularly to make sure those work orders were taken care of. He did an outstanding job and was very professional.
